P381R Span of Days for Pay Period
P381R establishes the number days that span in the Pay Period Date Range to determine a Partial Period from a Full Period. When the system identifies it as a Partial Pay Period, then no Interpreter Pay Period Rules apply to a Partial Period during Pay Period Recalculation.
- Use this Program Control to set the minimum number of days span by a Pay Period range before the period is treated as a Full Period, and Pay Period interpretation applied.
- If the date range of the Pay Period Dates is less than 7 for Weekly, then it is deemed as a Partial Period (e.g. If 4 is entered in Position 14, then any period date range that spans 4 or more days will be considered a Full Period).
- If the date range of the Pay Period Dates is less than 14 for Fortnightly, then it is deemed as a Partial Period (e.g. If 12 is entered in Position 15-16, then any period date range that spans 12 or more days will be considered a Full Period).
- These settings apply across all Pay Period rules (system wide).
- The availability of this Program Control is determined by Preceda Variable *PRECEDATIME_REALIGN.
